Cooking
Mussels remove algae and boil in salted water for 3 minutes. Remove from water and allow to dry. Put in a bowl. Then take a half of a lemon, pierce it with a fork to juice better came out, and squeeze the lemon in mussels (their peculiar smell will be felt less after that). Salt, pepper and leave them in this marinade while you prepare the next ingredients.
Chop Peking cabbage (who loves you and hand grind the leaves).
Combine all the components. Mayonnaise. You can lightly salt and pepper who loves witty. I love:)
