I do not remember who my mom's friends from long ago shared this recipe. Cooked very simply, long shelf life in the refrigerator. It really goes well with hot borscht and vodka

1. Fat freeze, grate on a coarse grater (you can skip through a meat grinder). 2. Add the finely sliced dill, garlic. 3. Add salt and black pepper to taste. 4. Mix well.
This appetizer can keep for a long time in the fridge. It can be added as a seasoning in soups and borscht. Or simply spread on brown bread! Very tasty and satisfying! Bon appetit!
