Cooking
Finely chop greens, squeeze the garlic, add it all to the cream cheese. I had a fine cheese. If normal, it is better to wipe. Sprinkle black and red pepper.
Cut into small cubes, salted (can be marinated or pickled) cucumber.
Mix thoroughly. Serve with bread, toasted in the toaster and better bread. Bon appetit!
