Dessert
Spectacular dessert will please the eye and delight the stomach. The cooking process is long and laborious, but trust me - it's worth it! Beautiful "winter cake" for the new year holiday!

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    8 tsp

  • Milk

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Tarragon

    300 g

  • Compote

    300 g

  • Orange juice

    300 g

Cooking

step-0
Pour the milk, tarragon, orange juice and cherry compote into glasses in any amount. (We will later add the rest of the liquid to each Cup of the remaining 300 g).
step-1
Put 2 tsp of gelatin in each glass with the liquid and leave it for 50-60 minutes. A couple of times to stop it.
step-2
Now pour the glasses alternately with orange juice, cherry compote and tarragon in a pan, add the missing grams and slightly heated, stirring constantly (boil it!). To the milk add the cream, stir well and also heated. Put in the milk mixture the sugar, stir thoroughly.
step-3
In a beautiful split mold pour half of the cherry compote. Bring on the heat, allow to freeze, but to such an extent that the surface remains a bit sticky (should stick to the fingers). It is necessary that the second layer is poured well seized. Poured on the frozen layer with the compote creamy milk, with a thin layer.
step-4
Also make the cold to freezing. Ensuring that the surface remained sticky.
step-5
We perform the same operation with tarragon and a second layer of sour jelly.
step-6
And also the layer with orange juice and again with sour cream liquid.
step-7
Pour on top of the last layers of cherry compote, late milk jelly. And we forget at least an hour in the refrigerator. Gently and quickly flip over (easier to do in silicon form!). On top you can decorate the Christmas powder.
step-8
And this is the Christmas tree with bonus! ;) Still, just wait until all of the liquid will cure to Lily-livered state, and spoon into the middle of each spread jelly components.
