Cooking
To prepare the curd: 1. Mix the egg yolks with sugar and starch. Add the lemon juice. 2. Put the saucepan with the egg-lemon mix on medium-high heat and boil, all while stirring 4-5 minutes or until the cream thickens.
3. Add in cream butter, mix well and leave the cream to cool
Brownie: 1. Melt the chocolate with the butter (in a water bath or in the micro). 2. Beat the eggs with sugar (2-3 minutes) before the formation of fluffy mass. 3. Add egg mixture to chocolate and stir. 4. Flour mixed with cocoa and salt and add to the chocolate mass. Mix gently with a spoon (stir until a homogeneous dough, no more) 5. Spread ground covered with baking paper form.
6. On top lay a Kurd (no need to "tear themselves to pieces" and try to lay the same layer.). 7. To make a "marble": Gently barbecue with a stick or knife edge mix both masses (preferably chocolate, almost completely covered Kurd).
8, bake in pre-heated to 170 degree oven (brownies are ready when a toothpick stuck in the middle of the cake can be out moist but not wet). 9. Remove the brownies from the oven, allow to cool at room temperature and then put the brownies for 2-3 hours in the freezer (this is done to make brownies better frozen and it was easier to slice). 10. Remove the brownies from the freezer, cut into squares and.. enjoy:) the original recipe baking time written 25 min.. I usually brownies so much and cares but here after 25 minutes, the cake was almost liquid, and only after 40 minutes, I got the desired consistency of the cake.. So be guided by your oven.. Perhaps You have enough 25 minutes.
