Cooking
Milk bring to a boil. Stirring all the time to avoid lumps, a thin stream pour semolina. Cook 5 min., then cool... I confess :( my milk is almost boiled away, do not see me, the girl got distracted a bit, so I added a monkey and a little less (50 grams), in the end, me and Kashi came out smaller than expected... but it did not affect the taste!
Next, divide the yolks from the whites.
Take a fairly deep Cup and RUB it cheese, sugar (100 g), egg yolks, vanilla, lemon zest...
Add semolina and stir to combine, I have a spoon to stir until smooth and did not work, maybe because the porridge was thick, I asked for help to the mixer, he coped with the task in a second :)
Separately, whip the whites with sugar (50 g).
And very carefully mix cottage cheese with beaten egg whites.
Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish (better if you use a split form, it will be easier to get the pudding).
Bake pudding in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes (the recipe stated 25 minutes of baking, but I have an electric oven, and baked a little longer - 40 minutes approximately), look at the crust, it should be slightly Golden in color, also up to dry toothpicks (matches).
Decorate the pudding as your heart desires. I decorated a little grated chocolate and plum.
