Cooking
Take apples sweet or very sweet.
Make the stuffing. This peel 2 apples, grate on a coarse grater, add the zest and juice of half a lemon, yolk, cream and sugar. Stir, set aside.
Now prepare the apples-molds. Apples peel, cut in half and with a spoon take out the core from both halves. Now there are two options. The first pour into the pan a little water and bake our molds until almost cooked, about 30 minutes. Second - as you may have guessed, to use apples-molds raw, which I did. The result, I tell you, no less beautiful!
Prepared Apple put the mold in the form of iron ring. If you do not have such rings, you can use ready-made molds for disposable baking foil, just cut them with a knife the bottom. Or, like I did, fold the foil into several layers and make the ring.
Fill the Apple stuffing to the brim molds and close second half. Spread on a baking tray, next you can put a cinnamon stick who loves!
Put in a preheated 180* the oven for 40-60 minutes (depends on your oven). IMPORTANT! Do not be lazy to baste the apples every 10 minutes eye-catching beautiful syrup! Take out, cool, remove the ring and pour the sauce from the pan! You can sprinkle nuts!
