Coconut-mango ice cream
One of the best desserts I have ever tried. Coconut milk, rice, mango... it was brilliant! Try it for yourself and you will feel the taste of Mexican dessert!

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk

    1 can

  • Milk

    1.25 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Mango

    1 piece

Cooking

Beat milk and coconut. Add vanilla extract and rice, stir and put on fire. Cook for about 25 minutes, until the rice is tender.

Add the condensed milk, water and salt. Mix well.

Mango peel and cut into small pieces.

Add mango to rice mixture and stir.

Pour rice mixture into molds for ice cream and put in freezer.

After 1-2 days ice cream is ready!
