I have to say, the process is simple, but can be confusing. I will try in detail to explain. To begin with, what immediately warned - the two types of dough, because each is prepared in a separate bowl. All the ingredients I wrote in the aggregate for the two species, but here, I will reveal what and where. So... For the dough, mix the yeast and sugar (in two different containers, sugar and yeast divide evenly), pour in one container with 100 ml of warm milk, another 50 ml of milk + 50 ml of warm water. Leave the dough to rise, it will take 10-15 minutes, yet do the rest.
Pour the flour (you can sift, puffier the bread will be) in two different bowls. One - 2.5 Cup flour, plus 2 cups wheat flour and 0.5 cups of rye. Added to each 1 teaspoon of salt.
Now in each bowl add 50 grams of butter, RUB it in hands until the crumbs.
In a bowl, where there is rye flour, add cocoa, coffee and bran.
Pour the yeast mixture into the flour (making flour deepening). The dough is made with milk - in a bowl with wheat flour, and milk with water in another bowl.
Pour into a bowl with wheat flour, the remaining 100 ml of milk in the other remaining water to 120 ml.
Here are our two types of dough. A little vymushiv them leave to rise, covered with a towel.
Meanwhile cut dice the onion and fry it in vegetable oil. Cheese grate on a fine grater. I added a bit more and larger pieces of cheese so that he could feel.
After 1.5-2 hours the dough has increased in volume two times (forgot this moment to photograph). A little vymushiv it individually roll out to a thickness of approximately 1 cm. Below it's easy to do, I before mixing pour the vegetable oil directly on the work surface. White layer sprinkle cheese.

Bake for about an hour. It took me 50 minutes. Look at the bread, not to overdry. Readiness is easy to check with a stick or a pointed match (and I wooden skewers). Give the bread to cool completely on wire rack. And enjoy!
