Fish and mushroom fritters
Very tasty pancakes with addition of Hercules. Tender, juicy. My daughters eat them with pleasure. Delicious both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    700 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Milk

    150 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Fish fillet finely chop.

Slice the mushrooms and carrots grate. Fry in vegetable oil.

Mix the fish, carrots, mushrooms, oats, flour, starch, milk, eggs. Mix well, season with salt to taste.

Spread with a spoon on a heated pan with vegetable oil, fry from two parties to readiness.
