No one in the family did not think that is part of these lush, rich and very chocolate cupcakes. Are you interested?

Ingredients

  • Beets

    300 g

  • Cereals buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Prunes

    100 g

Cooking

Beets boiled or roasted.

Flakes pour hot milk, leave to swell.

Sift flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder.

Beets peel and chop in a blender (makes about cups of puree). Prunes cut into centimeter cubes.

Add eggs, oil and sugar.

Whisk until frothy.

Add beet puree, prunes, flour and buckwheat. Mix well.

The dough will be quite thick.

Put the dough in silicone molds for muffin (2/3 of the height).

Bake cupcakes 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. Cool on a wire rack.

I got 12 large muffins and 4 small cupcakes (they did not live up to the photo shoot).
