Description
The recipe of this fish I saw on television on the channel "Hunting and fishing". Was done and it said all very quickly, I only had time to write down the ingredients (their number is given in cups). Cooked this fish and ..... we even loved, especially my husband (who loves red fish only in salt form, and the rest of it for him it turns out dry). The fish turned out juicy, tender and with a pleasant taste. This fish I want to dedicate our boy-man. This young man is known to many on the website is our Brahmaloka (Brahman). He's always so correct, mysterious and enigmatic (tried to learn his name, but... alas, the attempt was not successful), but, damn it, very good and tasty. I tried some of his dishes, and that I want to tell you, it is still tasty, even very much. Brahmaloka, this fish is for you.

Cooking
Here are our products for the sauce-marinade. Liquid ingredients in a shaker, and the photo on the onion (cut into smaller pieces), ginger, and sesame seeds. Juices I took shop, but if possible, you can squeeze the juice at home.
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and mix well. I did it in a shaker bottle, very convenient and fast.
Pour the marinade in a package (to get tight), put it in a fish fillet. Package seal (tie), package a few times flip that fillet is well blended with the sauce and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Now take Deco on it, put a sheet of foil and foil our fillet. Top fillet to pour our sauce-marinade. I poured all the sauce.
The fish are Packed in a foil (the sauce should be on the inside of the foil) and put in oven at a temperature of 180*. I have in the oven the fish was about 30 minutes (but this time individually for each oven).
This is the fish ready. The smell of it is great. Before cutting it pour our marinade that the foil remained after baking.
Fish cut into pieces, spread on a dish and decorate as desired.
