Flan of zucchini
The dish is beautiful in its ease and speed of preparation. If there are fans of the omelettes and things like that, then this dish is for you. Perfect as an appetizer before the main dish or snack for "devolveu" party.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    80 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

1. With zucchini cut off the green part. You can use the white part of the young zucchini, but then the color will be less intense. Boil zucchini for about 2 minutes in salted water. Drain and immediately drop the zucchini in ice water to preserve color (if needed).

2. Melt the butter (slightly leave for greasing the molds). Grind zucchini in a blender, add eggs, melted butter, soy sauce, cream and mix everything carefully.

3. Molds for baking grease with oil and pour the mixture.

4. In a pan pour some water. Close the molds with foil, place in a pan with water and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick, it should come out dry. Just carry a knife along the walls so that the flan easily separated from the mold, and flip through the plates. Serve with fresh greens and tomatoes.
