Didn't know what to cook for dinner, I wanted something vkusnenkogo, but simple and quick to prepare, looked in the fridge and decided to make baked toast from food residue. Fantasized in the process. The result is a wonderful crispy toast with a soft filling.

Cooking
Cut chicken, lightly fry, add the mushrooms, diced, I had one large mushroom, half the size of a fillet. When all is well cooked through set aside the pan and sprinkle with flour, mix well, place on the stove and dobavlaet milk and your favorite spices (I added salt, garlic, ground nutmeg). Stir constantly until our our the sauce thickens.
Then grease the pan with butter and fry the slices of bread with two sides, put the prepared bread on a baking sheet. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Spread the filling on the bread, sprinkle with chopped greens and cheese, but you can not sprinkle with cheese, I just needed a small piece to spend time lying in the fridge.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese, and all seized. Bon appetit!!
