Pollock baked with mushrooms in multivarku
For this dish you can use any fish with white meat. I took Pollack, because in our area of frozen, and especially smoked, it is most similar to the fish in taste and appearance. Helped me to prepare multivarka VITEK VT-4212BK.

Ingredients

  • Pollock

    600 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Fish wash, dry with paper towels. Cut fillets into pieces of about 3cm. width to place them in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with juice of half a lemon and leave it for 15-20 minutes.

Mushrooms wash, dry and cut into plates. * I have canned mushrooms, which I just threw in a colander.

Pour into a bowl multivarki olive oil and put the fish.

Pour over the cream. Set the "mode Control" on 150gr. Cook 25 minutes.
