Description

Biscuit-curd cake with black currant
Wanted in the morning something sweet. Come visit and You'll see what I got. I will only add that my children don't eat cheese, but in this version (to my surprise!) ate.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Starch

    0.25 cup

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Jam apricot

    4 tsp

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Red currants

  • Dark chocolate

Cooking

step-0
Beat the eggs with sugar to increase the weight 3 times.
step-1
Add the sifted flour with the starch and whip for 1 more minute.
step-2
Cover the form with parchment, grease with butter and pour our dough, spreading well with a spoon across the surface. Put in to bake the cake in a pre heated oven.
step-3
While baked cake, prepare the impregnation biscuit. In the water dissolve 1 tsp apricot jam (or any other jam/jam, or simply sugar). Ready!
step-4
Now for the cream. In the bowl for whisking put the cottage cheese + sour cream + apricot jam. And grind in a blender until smooth.
step-5
Here's the cream we got.
step-6
After 20 minutes (You focus on your oven) take out the finished cake. Detachable from the parchment, allow to cool.
step-7
Will deviate a bit from the topic... My kids really love cake, so I was persuaded to cut off half of the cake (sorry!). Therefore, we will continue to work with what remained. Divide half of the cake into 4 equal parts.
step-8
Will popitem each piece of impregnation.
step-9
1 tbsp of cream applied to each piece. Two corner put the black currant.
step-10
Now connect the other two pieces of cheese part. Slightly flatten, straighten (if necessary) and apply the remaining cream on top of cakes.
step-11
Sprinkle with grated chocolate, decorate with berries of black currant. Our cake is ready! You can eat immediately, but as I was preparing the morning tea, I night stood cakes in the fridge.
step-12
The cake turned out to tender, with the cheese-currant flavor.
step-13
