Cupcake on proteins
A simple cake does not aspire to elegance, but nevertheless quite tasty. Soft, gentle, chocolate... yet Another way to recycle catastrophically quickly accumulating in the freezer proteins.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    70 g

  • White chocolate

    25 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Cherry

    70 g

  • Juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Soda

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

To prepare the products. The oil should be at room temperature. Squirrels should be removed from freezer to thaw at room temperature. The cherries thaw.

Dark chocolate melt in a water bath.

Mix the flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.

Softened margarine, sugar and the juice from the thawed cherries beat with a mixer.

Add the flour mixture. Beat.

Pour the melted dark chocolate. Beat.

Add the cherries. Proteins vzbit in the stable foam, gently stir in the dough by hand. I batter seemed pretty thick and I added another beaten egg white. Only three pieces.

Put in small cake pan.

White chocolate break up and spread on the dough.

Bake at 180-190*C for approximately 40 minutes until dry toothpick. To give the cake to cool slightly in the form, and then gently remove.
