Cooking

step-0
For the convenience of making the dough, I use bread. In the bucket breadmaker loaded sugar, salt, flour, melted butter, pour warm water.
step-1
Take yeast "SAF-moment".
step-2
Pour the yeast into the bucket, put on the mode of kneading and lifting, I have it within 1 hour. 40 minutes.
step-3
While suitable dough, making the filling. Onions and garlic cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
step-4
Put the chopped small pieces of beef liver. Fry for 5 minutes.
step-5
Add chopped mushrooms, I have already boiled and cream. Sprinkle with salt, mix peppers and dried herbs (I have parsley), mix everything together and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
step-6
Give the mixture to cool slightly and break the blender.
step-7
Take out of breadmaker the dough, for convenience, divide it in half.
step-8
Podpisem dough with flour and roll out to a thickness of about 7 mm. Cut out circles with a form or just a mug with a diameter of 8-10 cm In the middle of the half circles cut out holes.
step-9
In a circle put a spoonful of the cooled paste, lightly crush.
step-10
Cover the circle with a "hole" attached, pressing the tines of a fork around the circle.
step-11
On the tray lay baking paper, on her pies. I got 20 pieces out of this test. Grease the dough on top with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds (I had black). Leave for proofing for 20 minutes. Put in heated to 180 degrees oven and bake for 20 minutes until it will turn brown.
step-12
Served warm or cold, as an appetizer to the soup, the soup or coffee, tea. Bon appetit!
