Muffins
If you love banana baked goods, these muffins are for you! They can be safely attributed to the useful nutrition, since the recipe doesn't use eggs, animal fats and sugar! Treat your friends, vegetarians or those on diet! Also, the recipe can come in handy in post. Enjoy your tea!

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    0.5 cup

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    80 g

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Flour flax

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    60 ml

  • Banana

    3 piece

  • Orange

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Bananas, juice and zest of half an orange, butter and honey mix in a bowl and with a fork or a blender make into a puree. Small pieces of banana is acceptable.

In another bowl mix with a whisk the dry ingredients: the flour (all 3 kinds), spices, salt, soda and baking powder.

Combine the liquid and dry parts. Long knead.

Finally add the grated carrots and cereal. I chose a mixture of flakes "5 grains" from TM "Mistral"

Again mix everything until smooth, but not for long.

Molds or capsules for cupcakes carefully grease with vegetable oil and spread the dough. Sprinkle on top of muffins chocolate drops, raisins, nuts or cereal.

Please read carefully the baking. First sent in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes.

Our "Useful" muffins are ready! They get a little wet with the bright banana flavor! In order to get the muffins out of the paper capsule, you have to let them completely cool.
