Potatoes
The potatoes in the coats of the bacon with a delicate sauce. Suitable for lunch and dinner. Difficulty level: easy to prepare.

  • Lemon juice

Boil the potatoes in their skins.

To give the potatoes to cool, then peel it, cutting out all the bumps and eyes.

Each tuber wrap in bacon and put them on the bottom of the slow cooker (if you are cooking in the oven, spread the potatoes on a baking sheet)

Cooking sauce: in a pan melt the butter, gently add the flour, mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Then add half a Cup of boiled water, lemon juice, stir, remove from heat, add sour cream and salt, mix until smooth.

A dish with potatoes to put in the slow cooker, add a little boiling water in the bottom, so the bacon is not burnt. If you are cooking in the oven, the water need not be added! For a slow cooker to choose the mode "stewing" (I have automatically worth 20 minutes) for the oven: put the dish in a preheated 200*C oven for 10 minutes. For slow cooker: after five minutes, add the sauce, then the dish for another five minutes, turn off and cover the dish with greens and garlic. For the oven: 10 minutes after you put the dish, pour it with sauce and put in the oven for another five minutes. The dish is ready! Bon appetit:))
