Cooking
Meat cut into pieces.
Place meat in a container of bread and add the marinade (vinegar, water, salt, sugar, spices).
Set the container on the bread and enable to complete one cycle (9 min.).
While the meat is marinating, peel the onion, cut it in pieces and put in slow cooker (add the butter), close the lid and set the mode "Roasting".
Carrots cut into slices and add to the slow cooker.
Here is the onions and carrots in a few minutes.
By this time the meat is already marinated. I took out the bread and add to the slow cooker.
Clean and cut tomato and pepper (as you like).
By this time the meat is slightly roasted.
Add to slow cooker the tomatoes, peppers, zucchini. Stir and leave for 7-10 min.
Add the rice, water, salt and stir. Wait a couple minutes until boiling and turn multivarku mode "Rice porridge". After 25 minutes our dish is ready.
