! The author's words: Milk pour into a saucepan and bring to boil on a slow fire. Remove from heat and add poppy seeds. Leave to cool.
To turn on the oven and heat it to 180°C. At this time, mix the flour, salt and baking powder and sift. Beat butter with 250 gr of sugar and 1 tbsp. of vanilla sugar.
Add the sifted flour and mix well until smooth.
Pour the milk with poppy seeds and again mix well.
Beat egg whites with 50g of the remaining sugar in a stable foam.
Carefully mix the whites with the dough. Movement - bottom up.
Pour the batter into the pan 26 cm in diameter (I have 28 cm) and bake for about 1 hour (less than 1 hour baked). To check the readiness with a toothpick in center of cake.
Pull the cake from the mold and cool. Cut into two parts.
To prepare the cream, whisking the icing sugar with mascarpone (took fat cottage cheese) and vanilla sugar.
Lubricate the first cake (about 1/3 of the cream), put the second cake on top.
In half a Cup of water added 1 packet of cappuccino, mixed with the rest of the cream.
Then lubricate the entire surface with the remaining cream. Put the cake in the fridge. Very hearty and nepritorny cake.
