Chinese sandwich
I will not categorically state about the affiliation of this recipe from the Chinese cuisine, especially in this version. Nevertheless, I think that this "sandwich" can be useful to fans of Chinese food at the picnic. It can be prepared in advance at home and take with you on nature, and it is possible, in the presence of the wok to cook over an open fire, right on the fresh air. The idea of the recipe is taken from Julia Vysotskaya.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    200 g

  • Pellet

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

  • Cilantro

  • Black pepper

All the ingredients given in the recipe for a single serving. All products are prepared in advance as everything is prepared quickly. Take chicken breast, cut into thin strips. Garlic cut into thin plates. Finely chop the fresh chili pepper. I have already dried up. Focus on your taste for spiciness.

For cooking it is better to use a wok, especially if cooked on an open fire outdoors. In the absence of it, you can take a frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom. Heat the wok (frying pan), pour oil. Put the chopped chicken and fry, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Add chopped garlic and chilli, stir.

Add to taste black pepper and sesame seeds.

Take sweet soy sauce TM Kikkoman. In the absence of it can take the usual soy sauce TM Kikkoman and add 1 teaspoon of sugar (or maple syrup).

Take a cucumber, cut into thin strips with a vegetable peeler. Green onions cut diagonally thin rings. Nazyvaemom or finely chop the coriander.
