Stuffed duck
Favorite dish of my husband, this recipe can be prepared anytime, for any occasion and any event! so it turns out very juicy duck, the table disappears first!

Ingredients

  • Duck

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Greens

    100 g

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Assorted vegetable

  • Spices

Pre-washed duck/goose, gutting, if required, RUB its inside with salt and black pepper and leave for 15-30 minutes to proselki.

Boil potatoes, drain, add chopped greens, garlic.

Chop canned mushrooms, until Golden brown fry them in butter and mix with boiled potatoes, greens and garlic.

Wash the duck, RUB it again with spices, salt, inside lay the potatoes with mushrooms and herbs. Sew up the duck with a large needle, top grease with vegetable oil and put on baking sheet in a pre heated oven at 180-200*C for 1.5-2 hours!

When filing on the table - put the duck/goose on a platter, cut and remove the thread on the seam, decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
