Zucchini stuffed with cheese
Juicy and delicious dish of zucchini.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Greens

    6 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Zucchini wash, cut off stems, cut in half and spoon out the pulp, so as to form a "boat".

Carrots grate on a fine grater.

Greens grind.

Mix cottage cheese, carrots, greens, egg and sour cream. Mix thoroughly, season with salt and pepper. Hard cheese to grate.

Cottage cheese stuff zucchini.
