Chicken in peanut sauce
Soft and tender chicken in a mild creamy peanut sauce. We really liked it.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Thyme

    2 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

In a pan dissolve butter. Add the olive oil.

Onion, cut into strips and fry until Golden brown.

Legs wash, dry towel. RUB some salt and pepper. Put onions in pan (in which chicken is braised). Thighs fry until Golden brown on both sides.

Put them in a pan to the onions. Add thyme and Bay leaf.

Add boiling water so that it completely covered the chicken. If need is a little dosolit.

Put on fire, bring to boil, then the fire abated, cover and simmer on minimum heat for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, nuts grind in a blender. Not powder, just to small pieces.

The cream and yolk, lightly beat.

Half an hour later, with chicken, drain the broth, strain it. In the broth add the cream-yolk mixture.

Stirring constantly, add nuts.

Give a little to thicken, without boiling. Pour the chicken sauce.
