Ingredients

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Spices

  • Mayonnaise

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    50 g

Onions cut into rings and fry in sunflower oil.

Frozen liver a little thaw, wash, allow to drain and cut into pieces 5/7/1cm.

Liver slices salt and pepper, give a couple minutes to infuse.

Spread on oiled baking sheet.

Lay the pieces end to end.

Then put fried onions, pour oil (in which onions were fried).

Wash the apples. Cut into slices 1 cm thick, remove the seeds and pith.

Lay the apples on top of the onion, close to each other.

Pour the mayonnaise that all products were covered.

Prepared the liver to put in the oven on a medium heat for 25-30 min.

The liver is ready when it ceases to stand out the red juice, and apples become soft.

Very tasty and nicely sprinkle with grated cheese! But my locust ate cheese, I went without cheese :-( For the sauce I mixed in a blender cottage cheese with green onions and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
