Apple yoghurt cake
It's a bit like the taste of Tsvetayeva's pie, but the dough is completely different. Anyway another pie. A recipe from the Internet. Author Julia Davidovich. I changed it a bit.

Ingredients

  • Oats

    1 cup

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Nuts

    0.333 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Yogurt

To prepare ingredients for cake. Of course the recipe doesn't use oats, we're not horses. Used Hercules No. 3, but the list of ingredients, no oats, no oat groats. You can take more milk, less oil, took me 5 and 2, respectively. Preheat the oven to 200*C.

Add sugar and gradually stir in the milk and butter. Sugar can be substituted for honey, the taste of the pie will be different.

Knead the dough. Lightly grease the form with butter and put the dough, pierce in several places with a fork.

Apples cleaned and cut into thin slices. Lay them on the dough.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar or honey, cornstarch and cinnamon. Add the yogurt, mix thoroughly. The amount of sugar, adjust depending on sweetness of apples.

Add the cinnamon and stir.

Pour the mixture on the apples. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 180* C and continue baking about 35 min. my oven is too hot, so immediately after placing in her of the cake I reduced the temperature to 180*C, and then 20 minutes up to 160*C.
