Italian biscuits, biscotti
Popular Italian confection, which is a biscuit with a characteristic long and curved shape. Italian for "twice baked". The finished dough to form the shape of the loaf, then baked, cut into slices and baked again. When you double-baking it loses excess moisture, making it a nice crisp. Since biscotti is a very dry biscuit, often served with a drink, a dessert wine, tea, coffee!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder.

Add the egg and mix well.

Then add the peeled nuts, sesame seeds and lemon zest (optional), I instead added a special zest lemon essential oil, mix well.

Knead the dough, roll the dough into a loaf, put on a greased baking sheet or covered with paper. Lightly press on top and bake for 20 minutes. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Let cool for 10 minutes, cut into diagonal strips of 10 cm to Put the pieces on a baking sheet and bake another 10 minutes until Golden brown.

    очень вкусное печенья... быстро и просто???? мне потребовалось чуть больше муки, положила чуть меньше сахара и добывала сушеной клюквы. Получилось просто супер!
