Salad
Appetizing and delicious combination of all components. Salad completely replace either lunch or dinner, and decorate a Lenten table. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    120 g

  • Lettuce

    0.333 coup

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Green olives

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Garnet

    0.25 piece

  • Pepper

    0.17 piece

Cooking

On a plate put the lettuce leaves whole, or break it. Sprinkle the olives and bell pepper, cut into small cubes.

Place the tomatoes, roughly chopped and boiled broccoli, pre-disassembled into inflorescences. Sprinkle on top of salad with pomegranate seeds.

For salad dressing: mix soy sauce, lemon juice and oil. If desired, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir and season the salad.
