I have in a notebook many years ago this salad with chicken, carrots and greens appeared under the title "Salad Rai Chenevoy". Recipe shared by my neighbor Raisa Alekseevna Saneva, we live on the same site for 30 years, and she worked all his life in Omsk a regional Museum in the Department of rare books. That's why posting a recipe to "cook" my daughter decided to call a salad "Museum". Very easy to prepare, but hearty and delicious salad. I recommend to prepare.

Cooking
Boil chicken breast in salted water until tender. Peel the carrots, wash the cilantro and dry.
Carrots grate on a grater - I have a large, and it is small, as you like.
Chicken breast finely cut across the grain and add to the carrots.
Chop greens, add to a bowl with remaining ingredients. Write two or three sprigs for decoration.
