Snack
In Chinese cuisine there is a traditional salad "Nan", offer You some simplified version of it in the form of snacks. The use of crab sticks "A sea" from "ROCK-1" makes it more rich in taste.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Sea Kale

    100 g

  • Tomato

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Shrimp

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Sea Kale (frozen) pre-boil for 15-20 minutes in boiling water, recline in a colander and wash under running water. In the absence of frozen seaweed in this snack you can use canned (in jars).

Crab sticks "A sea" from "ROCK-1" cut into small cubes.

Mix cooked seaweed and sliced crab sticks.

Tomatoes cut into cubes (better to use fleshy), red bell pepper and pickled cucumbers cut into strips.

Prepare the dressing. Mix the vegetable and sesame oil, lemon juice, freshly ground pepper (a mixture), sesame seeds (I have black), soy sauce.

Mix the vegetables, add to them the seasoning.

In glasses (cups) on the bottom put the blended seaweed and crab sticks, spread on top the vegetables with the dressing. Give food to infuse for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Decorate with boiled shrimp.
