Very simple and tasty dish. Especially must like kids-nehochuha who refuse semolina or cottage cheese. And adults will not want to miss this!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Semolina

    12 tsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Raisins

  • Sour cream

  • Sugar

Cooking

Boil the milk, gradually add semolina and cook thick porridge. Add the butter and the egg (when the porridge is almost ready). Stir and let cool.

Prepare the filling - mix the cheese with sugar and optionally add the raisins (dried apricots), a little sour cream.

Making "cakes" cereal, stuffed with cheese (sorry, the photo is poor quality)
