Waffle cones with chocolate cream and cranberries
Crispy, flavorful waffle batter, soft sweet cheese filling, disseminations of tart cranberries... what could be better than this autumn treat?

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

  • Wine white sweet

    1 cup

  • Brown sugar

  • Cranberry

    200 g

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Liqueur

    1 tsp

Prepare waffle batter. RUB soft butter with 3 tbsp brown sugar.

To drive two eggs, add a good grind. Add 1 tsp. instant coffee 1 tsp cocoa powder, a glass of white wine and flour. Stir until the lumps, and the dough will become smooth homogeneous consistency of thick cream.

Bake the waffles according to the instructions of Your waffle iron. I have here a good Soviet unit))) I smeared a coating of the waffle iron brush with vegetable oil. Put one tablespoon of dough, cover, wafer baking sheet for about 30 seconds. Until Golden brown.

Roll each wafer sheet is still hot in a tube or horn. Use cotton gloves to avoid burns!

While the horns are cooling, prepare the cheese cream. RUB the cottage cheese with 4 tbsp brown sugar, 0.5 Cup. fat sour cream or whipped cream. Add 1 tsp. of Your favorite liqueur. Grind cottage cheese cream until then, until you dissolve the grains of sugar. Add in the cream cranberries.
