For the chocolate sauce, honey and soy sauce (I used sauce "Kikkoman") put into a saucepan and heat, stirring until complete dissolution of chocolate and turning the sauce into a homogeneous mass taste of the sauce is reminiscent of salted chocolate caramel. Soy sauce enhances the flavor and adds a light saltiness set off the chocolate flavor

Strawberries cut into slices

Adyghe cheese cut into slices of 0.5 cm and cut out a notch from their hearts

On the dish lay out sliced strawberries and soft cheese, alternating them between each other and shifting mint
