  • Rye flour

    500 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Knead the dough: water, flour, subfam. oil, salt, seeds; allow to stand 1 hour under a towel.

Roll out thinly, cut rectangles, to pierce with a fork.

Put in oven at t = 220 gr. bake until Golden brown.

The bread crunchy and not soft.
