Very original dough in this recipe. The first time we cooked, we doubt that you will like it, but liked everything. Most importantly, the stuffing in these strudels can be put down to meat, and I assume, will not be worse, but let's start with the cheese, but we'll see.

Cooking
Mix ingredients for dough, adding 1 tbsp of cold water. Knead well several times to beat.
Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Divide chilled dough into 8-12 pieces.
To prepare the filling. Cottage cheese (curd), mix with sour cream, if you have cheese, I advise you to add sugar, and powdered sugar to taste.
Roll the dough into a small cake and put cheese. Spinning in the tube.
Lay the rolls on a baking sheet and brush with milk.
Bake 20-30 min. in oven preheated to 200C. The finished Strudel sprinkle with powdered sugar. Ready. You know, with the dough you can do different variations of toppings. I want to try stuffed with meat. As soon as you do, just add a recipe.
