Cake
This cake we bake for more than 20 years. In the picture a little not the same as usual, crumbs for sprinkling is not enough! Sorry in advance if this recipe is, I have not found exactly like it is, but it's not!

Ingredients

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2.5 cup

  • Soda

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    5 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 l

  • Butter

    1 pack

In a saucepan dissolve the sugar with honey, until the first bubbles, remove from heat, add soda and stir, stir, stir... the mixture should rise at least to half of the pan (the color of coffee with milk). Add the pre-whipped in a dense foam egg, never cease. Then one at a time fold in flour, when the dough will be quite thick, put on the table and knead until the dough will not depart from the hands (add flour as needed). Of dough make a roll and divide into 6 to 8 equal parts.

Roll out thinly, thinly on a baking sheet in the oven until Golden brown.

Bake in a queue until one is baked, roll out the other, but the main thing is not to be missed.

Irregularities in the cakes we always cut a little from the top, the main thing is to do when the cake is still hot, if you miss the time a fragile cookie monster can break.

Frosting: blend butter with sugar and slowly add the sour cream. Evenly coat each cake and sprinkle with prepared crumbs from scraps. Soak at least 3 hours. Usually on the table we served cutting around the perimeter of the cake edge. Home especially pleased when the cake is baked to someone, and we get the edge.
