Pickled garlic
The option of marinating the garlic. The teeth are strong and crisp. Use the recipe for the second year, a great snack!


  • Garlic

    1.5 Tbsp

Number of products - the source of the original recipe. I do not marinate the garlic kilograms, so take garlic as you want, weigh and proportion the number of prepared marinade. This plan of preparation I always make in small jars, put in each jar 1/3 or half of the umbrella dill. So strong, good head of garlic broken down into cloves and clean from the husk. Will osparam boiling water and cool in cold water. Marinade: water put on the fire and dissolve in it the salt, sugar, add vinegar. Bring to a boil.
In sterile jars, put dill, then shoulders fill the prepared garlic cloves. Pour the hot marinade. Banks with sterilised lids, sterilize them for 5 minutes. Roll.
The original recipe recommended storing in a cool place. I keep the tray of vegetables in the fridge, as do a few jars and they are small, they don't interfere. Bon appetit!
