                            Number of products - the source of the original recipe. I do not marinate the garlic kilograms, so take garlic as you want, weigh and proportion the number of prepared marinade. This plan of preparation I always make in small jars, put in each jar 1/3 or half of the umbrella dill. So strong, good head of garlic broken down into cloves and clean from the husk. Will osparam boiling water and cool in cold water. Marinade: water put on the fire and dissolve in it the salt, sugar, add vinegar.                             In sterile jars, put dill, then shoulders fill the prepared garlic cloves. Pour the hot marinade. Banks with sterilised lids, sterilize them for 5 minutes.                             The original recipe recommended storing in a cool place. I keep the tray of vegetables in the fridge, as do a few jars and they are small, they don't interfere.
