Liver with potato wedges
Basically we fry the liver and cook it with potatoes. You will love it. Liver and potatoes are two products perfectly complement each other.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    750 g

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Salt

  • Soda

    1 tsp

Liver wash, remove the film and ducts, cut into medium pieces.

Put the liver into a container, add soda and pour milk, leave for 1 hour. During this time a couple of times to mix.
