Cooking
Share with you the recipe of marinating, which is used for several years. Marinated tomatoes, preferably homemade, free from skins. Pulp crumble by hand or use a blender.
Add onion, salt, pepper, vinegar, peremeshaem. The marinade is ready.
Ribs wash, dry, cut into pieces of 2 to 5 ribs in each, place in the marinade and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.
The ribs is perfect, the spicy sauce of black currant with herbs. Currant pre-defrost in the refrigerator, drain off liquid. Grind the berries using a blender.
Separately grind the herbs, I have parsley and dill.
In mashed berries add the green puree and garlic, grated on a fine grater (the amount of garlic can adjust according to your taste). Add salt, sugar, black pepper, stir and refrigerate. The amount of salt, sugar and pepper can be adjusted according to your taste.
For roasting ribs, I use the grill from the grill from the Forester.
Get the ribs from the marinade, shake off the marinade, put on grill and roast over moderate heat.
Periodically turn the bars for uniform roasting of ribs.
