Ingredients

Soak beans for 4-5 hours, then boil until tender.
Medium onions cut finely into half rings
Apples clear from the seeds and peel if it is tough, and grate on a coarse grater
Dry pine nuts in a skillet or in the microwave, literally 2-3 minutes!
Put everything in a bowl except nuts, and stir
Now the dressing: dilute with water vinegar 70% so that you water like the taste; we will need 2-3 tablespoons. Pour our salad+ vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. Add salt and pepper to taste! And Bon appetit! On top sprinkle with nuts!
