Nuts fry in a dry pan, but not burnt - burnt nuts have unpleasant bitter taste (it seemed to me a lot, I would take less than 2 times, but it's not for everybody).
RUB on a small grater cheese and mix with nuts.
Eggs to boil, separate the yolks from the whites. Add the mashed yolks to the cheese-walnut mass.
Add 1 tablespoon of brandy.
Add the garlic, 1-2 cloves (as many as you like) - through the press, mayonnaise - only bundles.
Roll into balls, roll them in grated protein.
Put lettuce on them - balls.
Before serving keep in the refrigerator.
