Rolls with chicken liver

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Chicken liver

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

  • Sesame

  • Vegetable oil

Boil the liver, grate cheese, fry the mushrooms. Chicken breast cut to fight off the cling film, season with salt and pepper.

Filling: Boiled liver cut into small pieces, mix with cheese, grilled mushrooms, salt, pepper.

Captured chicken fillet put the filling, gently roll the roll. Roll in flour, then in egg, optional rolled in sesame seeds (if not, then without them, too tasty). Fry in vegetable oil.
