Very tasty, tender and flavorful casserole. A great alternative to regular porridge for Breakfast. Casserole is an easy Breakfast after holiday feasts.

Ricotta and boiled wheat were placed in a bowl. I mixed them up, added a banana and mix again. Broke eggs, put sugar, salt, baking powder, cranberries, added softened butter and mix the contents of the bowl.
