Cooking
Make the dressing. Mix soy sauce, balsamic (vinegar) and olive oil. Add a pinch of salt.
Zucchini cut finely into "kruglyashi". I have used a ceramic knife. Put them in a bowl. A little add salt. I again pinch of salt salt.
