Mushrooms with potatoes in a slow cooker
Mushrooms chopped, fried and stewed with potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Water

  • Sunflower oil

  • Greens

  • Vegetables

  • Soy sauce

Cooking

Thawed cooked mushrooms. ( You can use soaked, dried mushrooms ).

Shredded them in the chipper.

Fry the mushrooms in a slow cooker with onions, carrots in sunflower oil.

Put the mushrooms in a bowl.

Peeled potatoes coarsely chopped and put in the slow cooker. Poured hot water so that the potatoes would be visible and installed the program cooking.

The potatoes were boiled 30 minutes in the slow cooker.

Put the mushrooms into the slow cooker. Salt, add herbs and spices and left to cook potatoes with mushrooms for another 20 minutes.
