Apple and plum pie filling
It's a mashup pie 2 recipes found online. The basis from Yaroslav Fedorenko, pouring from Chedaki. My small additions are also present. I cooked it in the 2 versions and I can say if you do fill with eggs and apples to take varieties that quickly extinguished, cake like brownie. This time the apples I have more dense and filling without eggs. Liked both. Of course, on the website there are similar recipes (closest - variant http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/842 82/), and my version has its advantages.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Apple

    600 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Prunes

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Butter room temperature RUB with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.

One by one add the eggs and a nice rubdown.

Flour mixed with baking powder and add to mixture.

Enter the sour cream and stir well.

Clean the apples (I peel not clean), cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Mix gently.

Form ( I have 22cm x 22 cm)to cover with paper and put the dough. In it, a little pushing, put slices of apples and chopped prunes. Bake this "cake mix" for about 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.

While the workpiece is baked, mix all ingredients of filling and spread on top of fruit layer. Flatten.

Bake for about 40-50 minutes until tender. Better to focus on your oven, checking the splinter the dough around the edge of cake (no filling). I got distracted and dry cake. It's a shame!
