Meatloaf
Dear cooks, I offer a recipe delicious meat loaf. Highly recommend to cook it, because it's just a gastronomic bomb, a true celebration of taste!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Brisket

    100 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Blue cheese

    100 g

  • Puff pastry

    400 g

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Thyme

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

First, prepare the bacon. This method I took from the book Julia child and is very satisfied with the result. With bacon or bacon to cut the skin. Bacon cut into small pieces 0.5 cm. Can be served as a separate dish or side dish. On my side dish was mashed potatoes with turnips (for me previously unknown vegetable), delicious mashed potatoes turned out.
