Pork baked with dried apricots and potatoes
Allow me to offer you a recipe of flavored baked meat with potatoes. Classic combination. Plus a very tasty sauce.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Dried apricots

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Parsley

    20 g

  • Apple juice

    200 ml

  • Orange juice

  • Olive oil

    7 Tbsp

  • Fennel

    2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Let's prepare the meat. Pork wash, dry paper towel. Cut in half lengthwise, almost to the end, like a book. Season with salt and pepper.

To prepare the marinade. Mix olive oil, soy sauce and 1 tsp of fennel seeds. Coat meat with marinade inside and outside. Leave to marinate for 20-25 minutes.

Dried apricots, pre-washed, pour Apple juice.

Potato peel, cut into fairly large pieces. Cook until soft.

Half of the dried apricots grind in a blender, the remaining chop with a knife. The juice, which was soaked dried apricots, not pour!

Whole dried apricots mix with olive oil, salt and pepper. Parsley chop knife.
